Seuss+ is a creative, collaborative, and trusted international consultancy that solves complex business challenges for life science clients. 

We are looking for a key member of the team, to help life science organizations solve issues, maximize growth, and improve business performance under the supervision of a Project Lead and support of the Consulting Team. 

The Consulting Team has several levels of Consultants, being: 

• Associate Consultant (who will act as Project Coordinator)
• Business Consultant
• Consulting Analyst
• Sr. Business Consultant (who will act as Project Leads)
• Sr. Consulting Analyst 

Depending on the type of project, additional contractors will help on a project-by-project basis. These contractors might be coaches, GCP experts, Legal experts, or any other experts in Clinical research development, including Regulatory Affairs and CMC Development. 

The types of projects we work on are either Life Sciences Consulting based, meaning that we support start-up Biotechs in selecting and managing their vendors for their clinical trial. The other type of projects are in the field of Organisational Development, where we help small to mid-sized Life Science companies that are going through a phase of change or a phase of growth.

As a Senior Business Consultant you will manage the client projects and internal and external stakeholders in the projects, ensuring clear communication and coordination. You guide the team and clients through the project and make sure all your ducks are in the row. You act as a project lead, working in a team of Consultants and Associates to deliver the project.

You are driven by working in an innovative and creative atmosphere and can ensure timely project delivery by communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project, both internally and externally. You own the projects and take the responsibility for delivery and manage the budget.

Our Senior Business Consultants oversee the projects and are responsible for the budget of the project, ensuring milestones are met and plan resources accordingly. Excellent client and relationship management and communication is the key to achieving success in this role.

At Seuss+, we have a flexible or hybrid way of working. This means, you can either work from home, or the office in Amsterdam, or a combination of both. You will be compensated for travel and for working from home and we agree on a schedule that suits you. Our company is small, and together, we move mountains! We work with a team of 20 professionals, including the Marketing & Sales team, Finance, Group Support and the Consulting team, the heart of our organization.
