Management Team

The Management Team provides strategic and operational oversight to Seuss+ and its employees and consultants. Mobilizing our people to propel the organization’s vision and strategy forward. In charge of ensuring our financial stability and reporting.

What is the team's way of working?

Our Management Team is outgoing, cooperative, and eager to work together. We have an active desire to learn and try new things. We keep an eye on the big picture, we share ideas – and resources freely and informally. Innovation and process improvement is our goal. As people, we stand by our views but are willing to listen to others. This allows for constructive conflict, which helps us to pressure-test or produce new ideas.

Sales Team

The Sales Team is the bridge between our services and clients. Leveraging networks, building relationships, and impacting growth, by effectively communicating the value proposition of Seuss+ service offerings. 

What are the team responsibilities?

One of the key functions of the sales team is to build and maintain partnerships with clients. This involves understanding the needs and preferences of existing and potential clients and determining if Seuss+ can support their needs.  Ultimately, the success of the sales team depends on their ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization’s products or services to potential clients.

What value does the team bring?

  • DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES OUR CLIENTS & INDUSTRY FACE.

What is the team's way of working?

The Sales team is all about understanding the needs and preferences of existing and potential clients, and tailoring sales strategies and approaches to meet their specific requirements.

Throughout this process, the sales team will collaborate with departments within Seuss+, to ensure they are aligned and working towards the same goals. Effective communication and coordination are key to the success of the departments and the organization as a whole.

The keys to success include: Setting Goals, Identifying new potential clients, Initiating Contact, Understanding Needs, Presenting Solutions, Negotiating and Closing, and regular Follow Up

Marketing Team

The Marketing Team is the bridge between departments, teams, and clients. They bring outside visibility to Seuss+, helping to uncover new opportunities while supporting revenue growth, engagement, and the development of successful teams, people, and learning at Seuss+.

What are the team responsibilities?

The Marketing Team is an integrated marketing team responsible for internal and external communications, delivering inbound leads, enabling sales, leveraging networks, and contributing to employee engagement.

Our mission is to find and create opportunities for financial growth for our company.

What is the team's way of working?

In the Marketing Team, they use the Scrum Project Management Methodology. They break down big projects into smaller and more precise tasks and plan them into two-week cycles called sprints. This way of working is based on the previous scoping of our objectives and makes it more achievable to use resources as efficiently as possible.

Operations Team

Made up of our Business Consultants & Recruitment experts, the Operations team delivers and manages strategic projects and any client recruitment needs.

What are the team responsibilities?

The Seuss+ Operations Team boldly makes things happen; known for their creativity,  accuracy, and ability to affront risks and issues, they help our clients move forward through various growth challenges, facilitating the complex decision-making process. This team is also in charge of building the Seuss+ internal processes.

What is the team's way of working?

This hybrid and multi-disciplinary team works collaboratively online using Microsoft Teams and an advanced Project Management system our integrated subject matter experts with an array of backgrounds and expertise ensure broad perspectives and agile approaches to solving client challenges.
