1.2 To use our specific services, you must register and generate a password, this includes applying for a job via our website. Which data is collected results from the respective submission form. Within the scope of registration, the required mandatory data are communicated to the users and processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR for the purpose of providing the user account. The data entered during registration will be used for the purpose of using and providing the user account.

Users may be notified by e-mail of information relevant to their user account, such as technical changes. If users have cancelled their user account, the user account will be deleted. However, we may still retain certain categories of personal data (such as CV’s) that were previously stored in the user account, subject to pre-determined retention terms. It is up to the users to save their data before the end of the contract if they have given notice of termination. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract.

As part of the use of our registration and login functions as well as the use of the user account, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The data is stored on the basis of our legitimate interests as well as the user’s protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless you give your consent or it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPRserves as the legal basis.

In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serves as the legal basis. In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

Data erasure and storage time
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which we are subject. Possibility of contradiction and elimination
As a user you have the possibility to cancel the registration and you can change the data stored about you at any time. If the data is required to fulfil a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, premature deletion of the data is only possible insofar as there are no contractual or statutory obligations to the contrary.
