Seuss+ is a creative, collaborative, and trusted international consultancy that solves complex business challenges for life science clients.

We are looking for a key member of the team, to help life science organizations solve issues, maximize growth, and improve business performance under the supervision of the Management Team, and support of the Consulting Team.

The Consulting Team has several levels of Consultants, being: 

• Associate Consultant (who will act as Project Coordinator)
• Business Consultant
• Consulting Analyst
• Sr. Business Consultant (who will act as Project Leads)
• Sr. Consulting Analyst 

Depending on the type of project, additional contractors will help on a project-by-project basis. These contractors might be coaches, GCP experts, Legal experts, or any other experts in Clinical research development, including Regulatory Affairs and CMC Development.
The types of projects we work on are either Life Sciences Consulting based, meaning that we support start-up Biotechs in selecting and managing their vendors for their clinical trial. The other type of projects are in the field of Organisational Development, where we help small to mid-sized Life Science companies that are going through a phase of change or a phase of growth.

As a Consulting Analyst you will cover technical tasks relating to analysis and review of financial and contractual data.

Our Consulting Analysts analyze and summarize information (data, MSA/WO, etc and present to our clients to guide them in making impactful decisions.

Skills you use in this role: 

• Project Management to assure quality project delivery within timelines and budget
• Stakeholder Management: Involving the team (internal and client) throughout the whole work process with a high level of clear communication
• Strong analysis skills to turn information into recommendations
• Deeply understanding the business: partnering with clients to idenfify efficiencies and support in their decision making process based on your presented data
• Working at a faster than average pace in a changing environment
• Very detail-oriented and able to find gaps in large amounts of data
• Efficiency is of utmost importance

Your Natural Strengths and Drivers 

This position is the perfect fit for you, if you have been described as someone who is able to be detail oriented without getting lost in all data. It’s a huge value if you understand contracts and have a background in Life Sciences, so you understand what is important to our clients. You are able to quickly analyze data and find and identify gaps. We need a colleague who acts as an SME on our technical aspects of our projects.

At Seuss+, we have a flexible or hybrid way of working. This means, you can either work from home, or the office in Amsterdam, or a combination of both. You will be compensated for travel and for working from home and we agree on a schedule that fits for you. Our company is small, and together, we move mountains! We work with a team of 20 professionals, including the Marketing & Sales team, Finance, Group Support and the Consulting team, the heart of our organization.
