Natasha Gironimi has joined Seuss+ as a Project Assistant, bringing experience in clinical research operations, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. Now based in Utrecht in the Netherlands, Natasha previously supported a large, multi-site clinical research program involving several institutions across the United States.
She is comfortable working in busy environments with lots of moving parts. Give Natasha a complex project, different stakeholders, and several priorities to keep track of, and her instinct is to start asking questions and create some structure around it.
That mindset is a big part of what she brings to Seuss+.
From multi-site clinical research to project coordination
Before joining Seuss+, Natasha worked as a Research Program Manager at an academic medical center in New York, supporting a large, multi-site clinical research program funded by the National Institutes of Health.
The program involved several institutions across the US, so coordination was central to her role. She kept track of projects, stakeholders, and deliverables while making sure people had the information they needed.
It suited the way she likes to work.
“I actually enjoy situations where there are a lot of moving pieces, different personalities, and several things happening at once. My instinct is usually to start asking questions, understand how everything connects, and then create some kind of structure around it.”
She also likes being someone people can rely on to follow things through.
“I like knowing that someone can hand me something and trust that I’ll follow it through, find the answer, or come back with the right questions.”
At Seuss+, Natasha will use those strengths while building her experience across client projects and learning more about the consulting and vendor side of life sciences.
A varied path into clinical research
Clinical research wasn’t Natasha’s first field. Before moving into research and project management, she spent several years living and working in Jeju, South Korea, in education and residential life. It was a very different setting, but some of the same strengths carried through: staying organized, communicating clearly, and responding when situations changed.
Over time, Natasha moved into clinical research and project management, where those skills became a bigger part of her day-to-day work.
Her move to Seuss+ gives her a chance to build on that experience.
“I wanted a role where I could use the project management and clinical research experience I already have while continuing to develop in a new environment,”
The variety within the Project Assistant role stood out to her.
“What appealed to me about this position was the opportunity to be involved in different projects, learn more about the life sciences consulting and vendor side of the industry, and support experienced project leads. It felt like a good opportunity to build on what I already know while also challenging myself in a different direction.”
Learning how Seuss+ projects work
Ask Natasha what she is most looking forward to getting involved in, and her answer is simple.
“Right now, honestly, a little bit of everything! I’m very curious by nature, so I’m looking forward to seeing how the different pieces of Seuss+ and its projects actually come together.”
She is particularly interested in supporting projects from the beginning and understanding the reasoning behind the next step.
“I’m especially excited to support projects from the beginning and eventually be able to look at something and understand not only what needs to happen next, but why.”
There is a lot for her to learn, and she is looking forward to exactly that.
Learning to anticipate what a project needs
Natasha already knows how to organize work, coordinate across teams, and keep track of multiple priorities. The next skill she wants to build is anticipation.
For Natasha, that means understanding a project well enough to spot gaps early, notice potential risks, and know which action should come next.
“I’d like to get to the point where I can look ahead, identify potential gaps or risks, and confidently say, ‘I think this is what we need to do next.’”
From the US to Utrecht
Natasha is originally from the United States and moved to Utrecht at the start of 2026. She is still relatively new to the Netherlands and getting to know her new home while starting a new role.
Living abroad isn’t new to her. She previously spent several years in South Korea, so adapting to a different country is something she has done before.
And outside work, there’s a good chance you’ll find her on a volleyball court.
“I enjoy volleyball! Whether it’s a sandy beach during the summer or indoors from the rain during the winter, I am always ready to play!”

Natasha joins Seuss+ with experience in multi-site clinical research, project coordination, and working across different teams and stakeholders. She is also bringing a lot of curiosity about how projects work and what makes them run well.
She is looking forward to getting involved in different projects, learning more about life sciences consulting and vendor relationships, and developing the confidence to anticipate what teams need next.
