We’re excited to welcome Noemi to Seuss+, where she joins the team in a project Assistant role. Based in Lelystad, the Netherlands, Noemi originally comes from Budapest, Hungary, and brings a diverse background shaped by roles in pharma operations, book publishing, and logistics. That mix gives her an adaptable approach to collaboration and timelines, one that balances calm with precision.

She describes herself as someone who enjoys bringing clarity to moving parts. That comes through clearly in how she approaches her work. From staying ahead of shifting deadlines or making sure the right people have what they need at the right time, Noemi supports the team by creating space for others to focus on high-priority tasks. Her background spans different industries, but a consistent thread has been her interest in systems and detail. This makes her especially effective in clinical settings, where steady progress often depends on keeping many parallel workstreams in sync.

Joining Seuss+ felt like a natural next step.

Noemi was drawn to the team culture, especially the sense of mutual support, international scope, and openness to new ideas. She’s looking forward to contributing to projects that have a clear impact and collaborating with people who are thoughtful and committed to the work they do.

Day-to-day, she’ll support consultants with operational coordination on client projects. That means being involved with timelines, documentation, and overall delivery logistics. In clinical trials, things move quickly and often involve several vendors or functional areas working together. Noemi’s role helps reduce friction between those areas so that delivery stays consistent and aligned with the broader goals of the sponsor.

She’s someone who keeps a level head under pressure, and that steady approach is one of the qualities that made her stand out. Her communication style is clear, and her presence is low-ego, which fits well with the way our teams work with clients. It’s about collaboration, not control.

Outside of work, she’s a dedicated Disney fan. She holds an annual pass to Disneyland Paris and managed to visit seven times last year alone.

As Seuss+ continues to grow, we’re focused on bringing in people who not only have the right experience but also contribute to the way we work, with clarity, curiosity, and care. Noemi’s already made a strong impression, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.

Welcome, Noemi.
