Our market scan will help identify an extensive list of suppliers that fit the selection criteria. We conduct mainly secondary research such as desk research, intro calls and utilizing our network.
During the introductory calls between you and the selected suppliers there is an opportunity to ask your project specific questions and get a feel if the supplier is the right fit.
Together, we will perform contract negotiations to get the required services for the right price.
