Originally from Brazil but currently located in Germany, I joined the Seuss+ recruitment team in 2021.

I have always been interested in Human Resources, in which I decided to specialize. Recruitment is a process present in all companies, so it was a natural move.

I have worked for over 12 years in various HR positions, but in 2018 I ventured into recruitment consulting for scale-ups.

I chose to work in the life sciences because it allows me to constantly evolve and learn new things about scientific fields. It’s motivating to work in such a dynamic and fast-paced industry, where the relationships between candidates and clients are so unique.

There are three things I love about my profession.

#1 Recruitment is dynamic

Although recruitment seems to be a standardized process, it is really the opposite. Each position gives singular inputs as you are in contact with different people.

#2 Measurable results

It’s possible to measure your results in real-time because the targets are very clear, this is an excellent way of keeping track of your professional progression.

#3 Opportunities to learn

In scale-up recruitment, you are constantly educating yourself because of the constant appearance of new knowledge and lessons that keep growing.

I discovered Seuss+ on LinkedIn and knew right away it was a good fit; I was looking for a change in my career, and after learning about this company’s culture and management style, I decided to apply. From the beginning of my career here, I realized that Seuss+ is a company I have autonomy and support. I can work remotely but feel part of a team, where I am stimulated to be a better professional every day.
